Valley Pan Gasket Set
Valley Pan Gasket Set from Evergreen
A valley pan gasket set seals the valley pan or lifter valley cover on V-type engines. A leak here can let oil escape at the back of the engine or allow unmetered air into the intake.
When to Replace
- Oil leaks at the rear of the valley
- Vacuum leaks on engines where the valley is part of the intake
- Valley cover removal for lifter service
Installation Tips
- Clean the block and cover surfaces fully
- Install new bolts or grommets if included
- Tighten to the specified torque in sequence
